2. Tourist use must comply with the Legal Regime for the Installation, Operation, and Functioning of Tourist Developments, as currently in force.

"Article 37.° Regime of Use and Occupation

1. The following are permitted in this space: a) Conservation, reconstruction, alteration, and expansion works of existing buildings, regardless of their use and typology; b) New constructions intended for tourism, commerce and services, housing, and collective use facilities; c) The construction of detached, semi-detached, or terraced single-family houses and collective housing; d) The construction of works intended for other compatible uses, in accordance with the provisions of Article 12.° of these regulations.
2. Tertiary activities are permitted on all floors.
3. Industrial activities are not permitted."

"Article 38.° Buildability:
The works to be carried out must respect the following urban planning indicators and parameters applied to the plot or urban lot:
a) Occupancy rate - 0.90; b) Maximum waterproofing of the patio 20%; c) Emerging Use Index - 1.85; d) Land Use Index - 3.70; e) Facade Height - 11.50 meters; f) Building Height - 14.50 meters; g) Maximum elevation of the threshold level - 1.00 (In buildings on sloping terrain)." Compliance with the provisions of Articles 12.° to 18.° of the respective regulations is also mandatory for any space within the PUVPM perimeter.
